A session is a conversation between the two of us regarding a topic that is important to you now.
If this is our first session, I take time to get to know you, discover the issues you want to work with and check whether I am the therapist for you. The next sessions are a mixture of talk therapy, different exercises that we do together and hypnotherapy.
Every session is unique and is designed to help you with your current needs and questions. If you are an English speaker, your session will be in English.
