Body Maps Therapy

Body Maps Therapy is an experiential process I developed on the basis of my long-standing tantric practice. This is a group therapy that combines breath and movement in a very specific way. I’ve found that these are the building block of human experience - the two main things that we learn and are deeply embodied in us. Breath is the basis that literally and figuratively keeps us alive. Movement allows our internal experiences to be shared with the outside world beyond words.

Body Maps is an easy and accessible way for one and all to experience something new and different. Through this practice you can release stress, express emotions, and clear out negative thoughts. Most of all, Body Maps gives people a chance to remember that all the answers and resources needed are already within.
